Amazing 1970's Gunne Sax black sun dress featuring handkerchief hem with floral and ribbon detail. Has halter style tie behind the neck which ties on the back. The same tie slides through bustline and allows you to adjust the fit of the bust. Zipper closure in back as well. Super flattering empire waist. This dress is a head turner for sure!
