Gorgeous vintage 70's navy halter dress with deep v-neck. Floral embroidery on bust plus flattering stripes at waistline. This was hemmed to the current length by the previous owner but it would be very easy to let the hem out if desired, which would add up to four inches and make the dress floor-length
